Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for motivated and experienced Operators to support our operations. Based in from our depot in Glasgow, opportunities are available for zero hours personnel.

The role:
• To ensure the safe operation of OTP/ Mobile Plant in line with current rules and standards
• To operate plant you have competence for and authorisation to use, under supervision and correctly use plant for its intended use
• To carry out your undertaking professionally and politely, whilst utilising communication devices to enhance safety

Requirements:
• All Operators are required to comply with Network Rail pre-employment checks, which are as follows
• Identity verification
• UK right to work check
• Employment references (past 3 years). Must be able to provide information for any gaps in employment history of 3 months or more
• An up to date PTS/ Sentinel card
• CPCS or an equivalent Nationally recognised competence should be maintained
• Good knowledge and experience of the railway
• Acceptable standard of reading and writing (able to read lift plans, safety signage, correctly complete log books, etc.)
