World Mental Health Day 2023

Readypower Group is proud to support World Mental Health Day 2023

Mental health is something we all have. Like our physical health, our mental health can fluctuate as circumstances change and we move through different stages of our lives. Mental health is just as important as physical health, but stigma and lack of resources can prevent many from seeking the help they need.

If you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling with your mental health, please know that you are not alone and that there are resources available to provide support. Asking for help can be daunting, but most people find that sharing their concerns and getting help will make a big difference. There is no shame in asking for support.

We’re incredibly proud to have 14 Mental Health First Aiders at Readypower Group who can provide advice and support to those within the Group who are experiencing mental health issues.

We are company supporters of The Lighthouse Club who offer a free and confidential, 24/7 helpline and text services which offers support for everyone involved in the construction industry, as well as their families.

On World Mental Health Day, we want to encourage you to reach out for help, and to keep an eye on family and friends who may need support.

Please remember, it’s ok not to be ok and you are not alone.
