Meet The Scotland Team
Following our recent move into Scotland, Readypower is pleased to announce the appointment of a Scotland Management Team. Bringing with them extensive industry experience, dedication to customer service, and a keen eye for planning our Scottish future, we are very excited about the results the Scotland Team are set to deliver.
Cameron Barr – Head of Operations Scotland
Cameron joins Readypower as Head of Operations Scotland. Having started in the rail industry as an RRV operator over 20 years ago Cameron successfully progressed through the management structure at AB2000. Being instrumental in creating a very successful rail business Cameron was promoted to Rail Director in 2015. We’re delighted that Cameron now joins us to lead Readypower Scotland.
Steven Laing – POS Compliance Manager Scotland
Steven joins Readypower as POS Compliance Manager Scotland. Steven has worked in the rail industry in many different roles, giving him a broad knowledge of the industry and Scottish market. He has led very successful POS departments in his previous employment and has extremely strong client relationships. Steven will run the busy POS department in Scotland and also assist the team with operational planning and commercial assistance.
Krysty Headley – Rail Operations Manager Scotland
Krysty joins Readypower as Rail Operations Manager Scotland. With 13 years in the industry she has a huge amount of experience in running RRV operations in Scotland with Hydrex, Caledonian and more recently TXM. Having headed up the partnership with Babcock on the
CP5 renewals contract, Krysty has excellent planning skills for busy track renewals and projects using multiple machines and attachments. Krysty will run the day to day planning operations for Scotland.
