Installation of CHS piles for new station platform

Readypower Terrawise undertook the design, manufacture and install of 18no. CHS piles (406mm x 6.3m deep) including the transfer plate fixing detail to the substructure and spreader plate fixing detail to the transfer plate.
All work was to be undertaken in one-29 hour possession, with all plant and equipment being supplied by Readypower Rail Services. Due to good collaborative working with the Buckingham’s site team, the site was handed back 8 hours early.
