Readypower Group has achieved a perfect score of 100% in its 2026 GRESB assessment, receiving a 5 Star GRESB Rating and ranking 1st out of 11 rail sector organisations assessed across Europe.
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an internationally recognised assessment of environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance, providing an independent benchmark against industry peers.
From investing in our fleet to improving the way we operate, sustainability remains a key focus across the Group and the rail infrastructure projects we support throughout the UK.
As part of that commitment, we submit our data to GRESB each year to independently assess and benchmark our environmental, social and governance performance.
Since our first assessment, we’ve improved our results year on year, strengthening our ESG performance and approach to sustainable business practices. Achieving a perfect score in 2026 reflects the progress made across the business and a continued focus on responsible growth.

Billy Colebatch, Group Head of Business Transformation, said:
Achieving a perfect GRESB score reflects the hard work taking place across the Group every day. It shows that sustainability isn’t something we do separately from the business. We embed this approach into the way we grow and operate.
This result reflects the collective effort of colleagues across the Readypower Group. Whether planning and delivering projects, investing in equipment and technology, or improving operational performance, sustainability continues to play an important role in how we work.
For our customers, sustainability is closely linked to efficiency, innovation and long-term value. As expectations around ESG performance continue to grow across the infrastructure sector, independent sustainability benchmarking helps us measure progress, identify opportunities for improvement and maintain high standards across the business.
While we’re pleased with this result, our focus remains on continuous improvement. Sustainability is not something that stands still, and neither do we.
We would like to thank everyone across the Group whose commitment and hard work contributed to this achievement.
